How it all started

Our founder's visionary spark ignited a series of groundbreaking business concepts and models in Shanghai, China, and San Francisco, CA, USA back in 2011 and 2012 during her MBA journey.

As we embarked on our entrepreneurial odyssey in late 2012, having just completed her Business School education, our path first led us to Germany to establish our legal business presence. However, faced with high tax burdens, bureaucratic hurdles, and lengthy processes, the allure of Asia's dynamic business landscape, with its low barriers to entry, promising returns, and supportive regulatory environment, beckoned us towards Hong Kong in 2013.

The tumultuous events of 2020, marked by unprecedented protests in Hong Kong for democracy and political reforms, coupled with the global upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic, steered us towards expanding our horizon to Singapore, laying the groundwork for our venture into Dubai in 2023.

In alignment with the World Bank's Ease of Doing Business Index, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.A.E. stand out as prime locations for our thriving business operations.
